Starting March 1st there will be a $3.50 convenience for debit cards and 1.50 for ACH per transaction to use phone payments (IVR) or one-time payments. Consider scheduling your payment to avoid the fee.
When entering your account number dont forget to add the suffix such as "-1" see example to the side of a proper customer number
